Piaggio India has just launched the Ape City
autorickshaw. The three wheeler is available in three fuel variants: petrol, LPG
and CNG. All three variants of the Ape City are now available for sale in
Maharashtra. The petrol variant of the Ape City is priced at INR 1.1 lakhs while
the LPG and CNG variants are priced at INR 1.23 lakhs and INR 1.25 lakhs
respectively. In the coming weeks, Piaggio India plans to make the Ape City
available across many more Indian states. The three wheeler is designed to seat
three passengers, in addition to the driver. The Ape City three wheeler’s engine
is a four stroke 200cc unit. The engine runs a three valve set up.
